Do I need to fill out spreadsheets or handle data transfer myself?
No. We handle the entire data migration process for you. DM Payroll Solutions securely accesses your existing payroll provider, pulls the required reports and ensures all employee data is transferred accurately.
What if I’ve never run payroll before?
No problem. Many of our small business clients are first-time employers. We help you register for state accounts, guide you through compliance requirements and train you on how to manage payroll and HR in the platform.
How to manage benefits?
You can manage employee benefits through the benefits administration portal. Employees can enroll and check their eligibility for various benefits. Changes made here are automatically reflected in payroll calculations.

Yes. DM Payroll Solutions is built to support businesses operating across multiple states. We manage tax withholding, unemployment insurance and reporting for each applicable jurisdiction—including local taxes.
Do you support 1099 contractors?
Yes. You can pay both W-2 employees and 1099 contractors through our system. We handle tax calculations, generate 1099 forms and and provide year-end processing.
Can your platform integrate with our benefits, retirement, or accounting systems?
Absolutely. We offer bi-directional API integrations with leading platforms for benefits, retirement, timekeeping and accounting. Don’t see your provider listed? We’ll build a custom integration.

Is there a minimum employee count to use DM Payroll Solutions?
No. We work with companies as small as a single employee and scale up to multi-location enterprises. Our software and service model adjust to your needs.
Are there any industries you don’t work with?
We do not currently serve businesses in cannabis, gambling, adult entertainment or other high-risk industries. If you’re unsure, just ask—we’re happy to learn more and determine if we can assist you.
Can I use DM Payroll Solutions just for payroll, or do I have to use the full suite?
You can start with just payroll, or add HR, onboarding, timekeeping and more as your needs grow. Everything is modular, so you get exactly what you need.
Do you allow clients to manage their own payroll taxes?
No. To ensure accuracy and compliance, DM Payroll Solutions handles all tax filings on behalf of our clients. This includes federal, state and local filings, as well as W-2 processing.
